Local orders take 3 - 7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 - 2 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping Cost:

Orders over $40 will have free shipping.
Orders under $40 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout

Orders

Can I change my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us atsupport@sunabsorbed.com within 12 hours. If your order has already shipped no changes can be made.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number. Make sure to check your spam emails also. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update with new information.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What do I do?

Please check your spam emails. If you do not see it there, please contact us at support@sunabsorbed.com and we will further assist you.

I didn’t receive my order. What do I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, please email us at support@sunabsorbed.com and we will immediately put in an inquiry.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please send a photo to support@sunabsorbed.com and include your order number and name so we can take a closer look and help with a solution

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - contact us at support@sunabsorbed.com so we can further assist you with any issues.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any refunds will result as a store credit
For returns, please email support@sunabsorbed.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
