Shipping Destinations:

  • Currently we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Times:

  • Local orders take 3 - 7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 - 2 business days.

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping Cost:

  • Orders over $40 will have free shipping.

  • Orders under $40 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept payments through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When will I be charged?

  • You will be charged immediately after purchasing any item.

Do you sell gift cards?

Can I change my order?

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us atsupport@sunabsorbed.com within 12 hours. If your order has already shipped no changes can be made.

How do I track my order?

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number. Make sure to check your spam emails also. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update with new information.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What do I do?

  • Please check your spam emails. If you do not see it there, please contact us at support@sunabsorbed.com and we will further assist you.

I didn’t receive my order. What do I do?

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, please email us at support@sunabsorbed.com and we will immediately put in an inquiry.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

  • Please send a photo to support@sunabsorbed.com and include your order number and name so we can take a closer look and help with a solution

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - contact us at support@sunabsorbed.com so we can further assist you with any issues.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Any refunds will result as a store credit

  • For returns, please email support@sunabsorbed.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
